CSS Ltd – Independent Telecommunication Quality Auditors

Role – Quality Auditor

UK – field based

Contractor – Competitive daily rate, full time basis. 12 month+ contract

CSS Ltd are a growing business within the Telecoms Industry, supplying independent quality auditing services to the industry. CSS are looking for a team of experienced quality auditors with a background within PCN and ideally with current climbing certification.

Job Description Overview:

  • As a Quality Auditor, your role would be to travel within the UK, on a structured itinerary to the required sites for inspection, either by yourself or with another CSS quality auditor, subject to the type of sites.
  • Whilst performing the site quality audit you will be required to utilise the CSS Quality Management System, capturing photographic evidence and submitting a detailed report of the site, following the Client’s scope-of-works.
  • Whilst completing audits on all Greenfield sites and climbable rooftop sites, you will be required to climb the structures.
  • You would be required to rectify non-intrusive site defects if within the Scope-of-Works and to record all details within the Quality Management System.
  • You will be responsible for your own PPE and the allocated van’s inventory stock.
  • You will report to the Project Manager on a daily basis.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience within the Personal Communications Network
  • Physically able to climb structures, with certification.
  • Self-motivated on own initiative and a Team player
  • Efficient time management
  • Good IT skills – excel and word knowledge as a minimum
  • Numerate and literate - Fluent written and spoken English
  • Professional appearance
  • Good communication skills with all levels of management
  • Full and current UK driving licence with own transport to commute to CSS business premises
  • Be prepared to work away from home at least one week in every month
